THAI MASSAGE:

This massage is oil-free and practised on the floor. You will be stretched, squeezed and kneaded into bliss. You need to wear comfortable and stretchy clothing and remember to just breath and relax as your therapist moves your body into ease.

FOUR HAND MASSAGE:

Lose yourself into blissful sensation overload! Feel the pleasure of two massage therapists working in a synergistic fashion on your whole body at the same time! This will be an experience to write home about!

HOT STONE MASSAGE:

This massage technique uses warm natural river stones and aromatic oils to relax your sore muscles. The stones will be positioned at specific holding areas on your body to release pain and provide natural healing energy.

REIKI:

This is Japanese energy work. It's a light touch healing system which balances, eases and energizes the body. Reiki helps to keep an excellent state of physical, mental, and emotional health. * The 90 min option includes a CHAKRA BALANCING session which uses crystals and sound vibrations to line up and harmonize the seven main chakras (energy centres in the body).    

REFLEXOLOGY:

Using pressure on key points on the feet, this technique will stimulate your bodies natural ability to heal itself. You will feel relaxed, light and revitalized.
